Tascam Porta05 w/ Half Speed Mod

Great, compact 4 track cassette tape recorder in good working condition. Recently serviced (demagnetised, belts, heads cleaned).

The unit is modded by LightSpeedMods with a half speed [2.4cm/s] switch for greater pitch range.

Ideal for lo-fi ambient tape loops and experimental musical journeys.  

The machine runs at 4.75cm/s and the half speed switch toggles it down to around 2.4cm/s.

The pitch slider offers 15% plus/minus in normal or modded mode.
